All early learning is based on our experiences of visually seeing for ourselves the environment around, like going to the zoo, to the market, the farm, the hospital, the dentist,to the beach,to the airport, to the post office...there are innumerable opportunities of a great sense of sensorial learning that stimulates and activates the cognitive abilities , the structure of intelligence as mentioned by Guildford would bring about spatial concepts, abstractions, concrete learning, creativity and divergent thinking.

The skills that are considered difficult are most easily acquired by the children, forming a basic foundation of knowledge , upon which the child builds further as he or she goes to higher classes. 

If the base structure of learning is strong ,then certainly the hierarchy of skills as mentioned in Bloom’s taxonomy is sure to unfold.
