Coping strategies of stress ,meditation and silent time as stress buster.
A silent time is very calming, controlling all agitated thoughts. Children and young adolescents need interim stress busters. A stress buster could be an emotive painting ,playing an instrument, where the mind gets taken away from anxiety or of any other painful experience.
Just sitting still with vacant thoughts is also helpful. A little nap time , is equally calming .
Role modeling of mature adults in terms of silence, meditation, yoga, and simple exercises become cathartic , there are innumerable ways to take the mind off from the troublesome spots,for instance ,reading a book, listening to music, dramatics, writing, composing, creating with puzzles, blocks , drawing, painting, stitching , craft work nature ramble, project work...are all some of the measures to keep oneself happy.
Making young children talk about their thoughts and dreams is an expression that helps us know our children better.
Meta Cognition in the present era.
Meta cognition is the ability to analyse the digital world and be able to utilise the facilities well.
Yet ,at times ,so much happens with information load that a mind fog is inevitable.
A state of delirium, a state of confusion and a state of going about in concentric circles , a habitual formation of activities and thoughts .
At times ,one has observed that the individual without his knowledge, goes about his or her tasks ,retracting back to an original start point instead of progressing . A traditional mind restrains self progress, you almost become a dummy in front of the monitor, you function mechanically .
Whereas a progressive minded individual be he student or a professional, will seek novel ways of completing the given tasks and will know how to utilise the varied applications and
