Most children are born with scholastic aptitude towards learning. They need a supportive environment. A good learning environment is inclusive of parental support, Teacher and pedagogical support and so also infrastructure of the premises and layout that creates a happy synthesis of all abilities put together. 

Scholastic aptitude does not mean, only pure academic pursuit in school subjects. Scholastic aptitude can be nurtured in every sphere, sports, arts, fine arts, dramatics and music . Scholastic aptitude is indicative of creating an atmosphere of gaining knowledge and learning of many a skill.

This principle of developing the scholastic aptitude is very important, which also means, each child would be different from the other in terms of diversity of thought and imagination.

The school must necessary have the belief that every child has the potential to excel , and thereby provide the right opportunity, to exercise the power of excellence. 

Excellence is the will to be able to perform academics to the best of one’s ability. Not only academics but also in all other school related activities.

Empowering children to obtain leadership skills goes a long way in developing personality development., once their perceptibility is enhanced, in empowering them to know their true selves including their shortcomings,  they are capable of taking decisions in life without faltering.  In all areas there is bound to be a scholastic aptitude ,that then provides immense strength to the personality.
